Drawing paper i would recomend stathmore 400 series its a pad of paper
Drawing pencil 4h, 2h, h, hb, 2b, 4b, 6b, and 8b i use kimberly and staedtler mars lumograph pencils
White eraser like staedtler mars plastic
Charcol and kneaded eraser, blending stumps and sand paperbar to sharpen them
Pigma micron Pens sizes 01, 03, 05, 08, and pigma graphic 1
Prisma premier colored pencils, a small pallet of water colors mine is koi colors by sakura.
Sharpener and a ruler try to invest in a good ruler mine is a 24" metal non-skid ruler form Proart.
And a small sketch book would be a good idea to so you can carry it around and start sketching
things you see and later draw it out on the good paper.

Hey, something you could try is selling everything and 26k tricking it all to a new account, it could take time and be risky but with everything Runescape is doing to prevent all of this, it is difficult, especally with the old BH gone... Well, GL.
4 Bell Peppers

1 tablespoon fresh Thyme
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 400°F. melt butter over medium-high heat and cook onion, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until tender. In medium bowl, pour onion over breadcrumbs. Stir in Boursin, parsley, salt and pepper. Evenly spoon into peppers; arrange on baking sheet. Bake 40 minutes or until Temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Sprinkle with cheese.
You can use chicken, pork, turkey, sausage, whatever...Add rice to the mixture also 1/2 cup uncooked.
