Why has sony Entertainment network taken nearly £600 from my account??!?
These are the steps you need to take right now,
First go onto your sony account and remove all debit/credit card details (for the time being)
Next change your password and make it as secure as possible this can include letters, numbers and punctuation such as ,./? etc.
Now that you have done that also change the password on the email account that is linked to your Sony account, as if someone has your email account details they could easily reset the password, again try to make this as strong as possible.
Next you need to inform you bank that you think you have been a victim of fraud and state exactly everything you have told us with a bit more detail. Your bank will have an emergency number call it just search for the number on google.
The bank will then advise you on what to do. All being they should investigate it and refund you the money as I think you are automatically insured in some way by banks for fraud etc.

"Sony Entertainment Network is currenty undergoing maintenance"?
We will be performing maintenance on Sony Entertainment Network from 17/01/2013 (16:00 GMT) to 18/01/2013 (04:00 GMT).
During this time you will not be able to access any of our services including Music Unlimited, Video Unlimited, Sony Entertainment Network Store and PlayStation®Network.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
SEN is a digital store that you can buy games or rent movies from, and download to your Sony console.
There's no charge to use SEN's service, and you can download demo games for free, etc, there are some other free apps and such on the Vita's version at least, assumedly the same is for the PS3.
But as said, it's a store. He's clearly buying things from it - games, movies, maybe DLC or in-game purchases.
PS3 says "Sony Entertainment Network is currently undergoing maintenance"?
According to Playstation's site:
We are currently performing maintenance to upgrade the software for the PlayStation Network from January 17-18th. This maintenance is scheduled to end around 9:00pm PDT (12:00am Eastern) Friday January 18th.
During this maintenance period, you may receive a message that states “Sony Entertainment Network is undergoing maintenance” when attempting to access the PlayStation Network, PlayStation Store, or PlayStation Home.
If you have signed in to PSN within 5 days prior to the start of maintenance (meaning: any time since January 12), you may be able to play games online and enjoy apps such as Netflix, HULU Plus and Music Unlimited during this maintenance period.
Note: During our current maintenance some authenticated users may have lost access. We apologize for this inconvenience and are working hard to restore access as soon as possible.
Hi Bilx. I'm sorry to hear that. Keep in mind that Sony Entertainment Network's Music Unlimited app is now integrated in the latest versions of the Walkman app. However, you do not need an SEN subscription to use the Walkman app to listen to music saved on the device. You may have been using a trial version of Music Unlimited. For more information about SEN services, please follow the link below to select your region, then go to the customer support section on the bottom right. http://www.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com/...
For further assistance with your Xperia smartphone, please contact your local Sony Mobile support team. http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/supp...
The address is not for billing. The address is so Sony knows which PSN Regional Store you need access to. This is why people use fake addresses to get access to the Japan PSN Store, U.K. PSN Store, etc. etc. etc.
And no offense, but why would you think ANY company would waste time, paper, and company resources sending out bills for free stuff? They have no need to create any form of "paper evidence" unless money is involved.........................
Sony's never allowed us to download via PC and then transfer to the Playstation device. I don't see why that would change with the Vita. Not that it matters. You don't need to worry about a "safe side" with stuff that is FREE.
Its not PSN (Playstation Network) anymore.. its SENA (Sony Entertainment Network Account). They changed the name so when the PS4 comes out in a few years (rumors say 2015), you can still play ps3 games and still have your PS account from PS3. It also means you don't lose your money by losing your dlc.
sony entertainment charges are sometimes if you own the playstation 3 box and have signed up on it to use your credit card to buy from the sony online shops of cartoon images to go with video games!!! although the images seem fake they are still a charge very much so like you may use a credit card to buy a nice dress online!!! im sorry but it sounds like they still have to be paid in full back to sony however the credit card charges are normally paid!!!
