It MIGHT be okay depending on the shades of the colors and you're ability to make outfits work.
If you're not so good at coordinating colors, white and pink would be your best bet.
If you wear a pink shirt with pink sneakers MAKE SURE it's the exact same shade or else it just looks dumb.
Just over the summer i went to this running camp and they said to change your shoes every 400-500 miles. I usually change mine every 2-3 seasons. ( i know i should be changing it often)
i run all year around. XC, indoor and outdoor
Why are basketball sneakers generally heavier than other type of athletic sneakers?
Basketball players do a lot more jumping, stopping, and turning then players in most other sports. Also, basketball players tend to be a lot taller, with longer legs that put additional physical stress on their feet. Basketball shoes have extra support for the heel, arch, and ankle, so they weigh more.
If you wear lighter shoes with less support, you may be adding to your risk of injury. That really depends on your physical makeup.
haven't come across any like those, they were probably custom made but nike sell some glow in the dark sb's
