Guinness book of world records birthday record?

Using the online version of The Guiness Book of World Records you can search for any records that may have been made on your birthday here: Since the dates for records are entered in several different ways in the book, I don't recommend you search by using the month and date of your birthday. Instead, I recommend you just enter the year of your birth in the search box on the above cited page, and then click on the Search button. You will get a list of links to records made/broken in the year of your birth. You will have to look through those records to see if any were made/broken on your actual birthday. Be aware that there may be more than one page (see Next on the results page) with links to records. You can also just search for the month of your birth an look for any records that might have been made/broken on the date (and ignore the year.) Just enter the month (full month name, like February or September) in the search box and click on the Search button. Again, you will have to search through the results given to find anything for your date in the month. For example: I searched for any records for the year of my birth and then looked for any for the month and day of that year. Nothing was recorded for my particular day. :-( Librarians--Ask Us, We Answer! Find your local Public Library at: Find your College/University Library at: Best wishes

Is the Band TVXQ really in the Guinness Book of World Records 2008?

according to the discussion portion of wikipedia - "people tested the cellphone service "Textperts" advertised on the Guinness website as being able to provide all record questions for UK residents. Its now reported by UK residents as a legit record. The service also provided that there are 800,000 members in TVXQ's fanclub." (credits: Darkmedival). If the record is real, it would be in the 2009 edition because the 2008 edition was already released in 2007, before rumors for the record came out. There hasn't been an official confirmation on the Guinness website, though, so I wouldn't believe the rumors just yet.
